In line with the celebration of the 21st Santikan Festival, the Local Government Unit of Trento in cooperation with the Trento Municipal Tourism Council kicked off the celebration by opening the 5th Mayor’s Cup – Inter Barangay Basketball League, on September 1, 2016 at R.M. Billanes Gymnasium.
A motorcade was held prior to the opening ceremonies. After the motorcade, the participants gathered in the gymnasium for the program.
Hon. Edgar Abiao, ABC President, gave his message for the conduct of the 5th Mayor’s Cup as an activity that enhances the skills and potentials of youth in the municipality of Trento.
The opening of the 5th Mayor’s Cup went wild as the competition of muses took place. Gorgeous muses showed moves to get the attention of the judges.
Ms Francel Joy Abucay of Poblacion Seawolves won Miss Mayor’s Cup title following the Best Uniform award which was coveted by the same team.
